马氏体气阀钢连铸漏钢控制实践

摘要 针对马氏体气阀钢连铸过程中容易出现漏钢的问题,基于漏钢坯壳和钢种特性分析,明确了漏钢原因。设计了马氏体气阀钢连铸结晶器冷却制度和保护渣等关键工艺,显著提高了铸坯表面质量合格率,降低漏钢发生率,打通了连铸生产马氏体气阀钢的关键技术。 In order to solve the problems of breakout in continuous casting of martensitic valve steel,the key technology of continuous casting of mould cooling system and slag for martensitic valve steel was designed based on the analysis of steel characteristics.The surface quality of the billet is improved remarkably,the incidence of breakout is reduced,and the key technology of producing martensitic valve steel by continuous casting is established.
