纳米级二氧化钛在塑料制品中的抗菌作用

摘要 塑料是当前市场上主流的包装材料原料,凭借着质量轻、强度高、隔水、耐油等特性,塑料包装在食品、医疗等领域中均得到了非常广泛的应用。由于食品、医药包装材料会直接接触食品或药品,因此食品、医药行业对包装材料有较高的无菌化要求,塑料制品的无菌化及其抑菌性能的持久性受到越来越广泛的关注。文章介绍了纳米级二氧化钛作为塑料抗菌剂的作用原理、晶型选择、抑菌效果及相关实验结果,分析探讨了以钛化合物为代表的纳米级二氧化钛在实现塑料抑菌功能方面发挥的重要作用。 Plastic is the mainstream packaging materials in the current market, with light weight, high strength, watertight, oil resistance and other characteristics, plastic packaging in food, medical and other f ields have been very widely used. Because food and pharmaceutical packaging materials will directly contact with food or drugs, so the food and pharmaceutical industry has higher requirements for the packaging materials, more and more attention has been paid to the permanence of the bacteriostatic properties of plastic products. In this paper, the principle, crystal type selection and bacteriostatic effect and relevant experimental results of nano-sized titanium dioxide as antibacterial agent of plastics were introduced, and the important role of nano-sized titanium dioxide represented by titanium compound in bacteriostatic function of plastics was analyzed and discussed.
