摘要
目的:探讨在射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤过程中,采用低剂量CT进行引导的可行性,降低患者的辐射剂量。方法:收集2018年3月—2020年3月河北医科大学第一医院收治的100例需要进行CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的患者,按照引导CT剂量分为常规组(管电流为250 mAs)和低剂量组(管电流为50 mAs),各50例,进行射频消融治疗。比较两组的图像质量和辐射剂量。结果:两组患者的CT图像均能满足射频消融治疗要求,均顺利完成治疗。常规组辐射剂量:CTDIvol(18.14±6.16)mGy、DLP(4887.19±1879.80)mGycm、ED(73.31±28.20) mSv;低剂量组辐射剂量:CTDIvol(3.79±1.21)m Gy、DLP(1264.76±639.45)m Gycm、ED(18.97±9.59)m Sv。低剂量组辐射剂量小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的治疗可以采用低剂量CT引导治疗。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using low-dose CT-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver tumors and reducing the patient’s radiation dose.Methods 100 patients who needed CT-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver tumors in the First Hospitalof Hebei Medical University from March 2018 to March 2020 were collected.According to CT-guided dose,100 patients who need CT-guided radiofrequency ablation to treat liver tumors were divided into convention dose group(the tube current was 250 mAs) and low-dose group(the tube current was 50 mAs),with 50 cases in each group.The image quality and the patients’ radiation dose were compared in the tow groups.Results The CT images can meet the demand.The CT-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver tumors was completed.CTDIvol(18.14±6.16) mGy vs(3.79±1.21) mGy,DLP(4887.19±1879.80)m Gycm vs(1264.76±639.45) mGycm and ED(73.31±28.20) mSv vs(18.97±9.59) mSv in low-dose group.The radiation dose of low dose group was lower than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion To the radiofrequency ablation treatment of the patients,the low-dose CT-guided treatrment can be used.
