不同施肥处理闽楠幼林根系分泌物的鉴定和化感物质分析 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】通过研究不同施肥处理对闽楠幼林根系分泌物组分及各组分相对含量的影响,为闽楠人工林的栽培经营和提升其开发利用价值提供科学依据。【方法】对湖南省祁阳县金洞林场4种不同施肥处理的5年生闽楠幼林进行根系分泌物的采集和超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)的鉴定分析。【结果】从有机肥、复合肥、菌肥和不施肥处理闽楠幼林根系分泌物中分别检测出物质96种、94种、94种、85种,其中相对含量大于1%的化合物分别有22种、19种、29种、19种,按类型划分主要包括萜烯、萜醇、酸、脂、胺、碱、酯、多肽、酮、噻唑、呋喃、嘌呤类;4种施肥处理检测出的相同成分有72种,多为萜烯、萜醇和酸类,典型组分为长叶蒎烯、网翼藻烯、八氢四甲基萘甲醇、二氢鞘氨醇、C16-二氢鞘氨醇、喇叭茶醇、磷酸和正环乙烯羰基十五烷基胺;根系分泌物中萜类物质的总相对含量依次为49.27%(有机肥)、44.3%(复合肥)、35.13%(菌肥)、31.98%(对照组),在鉴定出的化合物类型中所占比例最高;菌肥处理中磷酸的相对含量达到了27.65%,显著高于其他3种处理(12.37%、15.10%、17.28%)。【结论】不同施肥处理的闽楠根系分泌物中物质及组分类型存在差异。提高或降低根系分泌物中某些成分的相对含量,可用于植物化感效应的定向研究与利用。 【Objective】By studying the effects of different fertilization treatments on the components and relative contents of root exudates in Phoebe bournei seedlings,the scientific basis was provided for the cultivation and management of Phoebe bournei plantations and the promotion of its development and utilization value.【Method】Root exudates from four 5-year-old Phoebe bournei forests with different fertilization treatments in Jindong forest farm,Qiyang county,Hunan province were collected and analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS.【Result】96,94,94 and 85 kinds of substances were detected from the root exudates of Phoebe bournei forests treated with organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer,bacterial fertilizer and no fertilizer respectively,among which 22,19,29 and 19 kinds of compounds with relative content greater than 1%,including terpenes,terpineols,acids,fats,amines,alkalis and esters.There were 72 kinds of components detected in all the samples with the four fertilization treatments,most of which were terpenes,terpenes and acids.The typical components were(+)-alpha-Longipinene,Ectocarpen,Rosifoliol,Sphinganine,C16-Sphinganine,Ledol,Phosphoric acid and Cyclohexanecarbonyl-pentadecylamine.The total relative content of terpenoids in the root exudates was 49.27%(organic fertilizer),44.3%(compound fertilizer),35.13%(bacterial fertilizer)and 31.98%(control group),which accounted for the highest proportion among the identified compounds.The relative content of phosphoric acid in the root exudates with bacterial fertilizer treatment reached 27.65%,which was significantly higher than the other three treatments(12.37%,15.10%,17.28%).【Conclusion】The types of substances and components in the root exudates of Phoebe bournei under different fertilization treatments are different.Increasing or decreasing the relative content of certain components in root exudates can be used for directional research and utilization of allelopathic effects of plants.
