摘要
当代职场环境复杂多变,员工能否以及如何应对好工作中的挫折和管理好自身的职业生涯发展,是管理者和学者关注的问题。职业韧性是指个体应对职场挫折和规划职业生涯的表现,梳理了职业韧性概念的内涵演变过程,总结职业韧性的新、旧含义,归纳了学者对职业韧性维度划分与测量的研究进展、回顾了实证研究中对职业韧性的观察。
Contemporary workplace environment is complex and changeable.Whether and how employees can cope with setbacks in their work and manage their career development are the concerns of managers and scholars.Career resilience refers to the individual's performance in coping with workplace setbacks and planning career.This paper describes the evolution process of the connotation of career resilience,summarizes the new and old meanings of career resilience,summarizes the research progress of scholars on the division and measurement of dimensions of career resilience,and reviews the observation of career resilience in empirical research.This paper provides reference for the study of organizational behavior.
