摘要
三河口选煤厂三产品重介旋流器二段经常出现堵塞事故,影响生产及产品质量。为解决这一问题,研发了矸石脱介筛智能巡检机器人系统。该技术通过AI智能视频、传感器技术对矸石脱介脱水筛上物料正常与异常进行动态分析,实现三产品重介旋流器二段堵塞的自动报警,并与生产控制系统、调度电话系统融合,实现无人值守、故障语音播报等功能。该系统应用后,避免了生产过程中因重介旋流器二段堵塞发现不及时而造成的生产事故。
InSanhekou Coal Preparation Plant,the second stage of the three-product heavy medium cyclone is often blocked,which affects the production and product quality.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent inspection robot system for gangue de-meshing screen is developed.Through the dynamic analysis of normal and abnormal materials on gangue demediating dehydration screen by AI intelligent video and sensor technology,the technology realizes automatic alarm of second-stage blockage of three-product heavy medium cyclone,and integrates with production control system and dispatching telephone system to realize the functions of unattended and fault speech broadcasting.After the application of the system,production accidents caused by the delay of the second stage blockage of the heavy medium cyclone are avoided.
