摘要
探究城市流动人口居留意愿对推进国家城镇化高质量发展具有重要意义,教育公共服务均等化是提高流动人口居留意愿的重要支撑。利用2021年太原市六区调查数据,从教育机会、教育基础设施、教育质量、教育管理及教育效果5个维度构建教育公共服务指标体系,将长期居住意愿、户籍迁入意愿及本地购房打算3个指标等权加总测量流动人口居留意愿,采用Logistics回归模型探究教育公共服务对流动人口居留意愿的影响效应及不同衡量维度下的差异特征。结果表明,教育公共服务供给水平的变化显著影响流动人口居留意愿;学校基础设施建设水平对中等居留意愿的流动人口有显著正向影响;班师资源配比及教师教学能力对流动人口居留意愿正向作用更明显。
The residence willingness of urban floating population is of great significance to promote the highquality development of national citizenization and urbanization.The equal supply of educational public service level is an important support to improve the residence willingness of floating population.Based on the survey data of the six districts in 2021,this paper constructs an education public service index system from the five dimensions of education opportunity,education infrastructure,education quality,education management and education effect The 3 indicators of registered residence migration and local purchase willingness are used to measure the degree of residence of the floating population.Based on this,the Logistics regression model is used to explore the influence of educational public service on the floating population’s willingness to stay and the difference characteristics under different measurement dimensions.The results show that the change of education public service supply level significantly affects the residence willingness of floating population;the level of school infrastructure construction has a significant positive impact on the floating population with medium residence willingness,and the proportion of class teacher resources and the teaching ability of teachers have a more significant positive effect on the floating population’s residence willingness.
