血清miR-23a、miR-30a与2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的相关性 被引量:4

Correlations between Serum Expressions of miR-23a and miR-30a with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated by Osteoporosis

摘要 目的检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松症(OP)患者血清miR-23a、miR-30a表达水平,探讨二者与T2DM合并OP的相关性。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月确诊的T2DM 135例作为研究对象,其中合并OP 70例作为OP组,未合并OP 65例作为无OP组,另选取同期入院治疗且未合并T2DM的OP 70例作为单纯OP组,同期体检的正常志愿者70例作为对照组。检测4组血清miR-23a、miR-30a表达水平;分析血清miR-23a、miR-30a表达水平与临床病理参数的关系;评估血清miR-23a、miR-30a水平对T2DM合并OP的诊断价值;分析T2DM并发OP的危险因素。结果OP组血清miR-23a、miR-30a水平高于对照组、单纯OP组及无OP组(P<0.05)。OP组大转子骨密度(BMD)、股骨颈BMD、Wards三角区BMD、骨钙素(BGP)、β-胶原降解产物(β-CTX)均低于无OP组(P<0.01)。血清miR-23a与miR-30a呈正相关(P<0.05),血清miR-23a、miR-30a与大转子、股骨颈、Wards三角区BMD及BGP、β-CTX均呈负相关(P<0.05)。miR-23a和miR-30a联合诊断T2DM合并OP价值较高,且是T2DM并发OP的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论miR-23a、miR-30a与T2DM合并OP有关,二者联合检测对诊断T2DM合并OP有一定价值。 Objective To detect serum expressions of miR-23a and miR-30a in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated by osteoporosis(OP),and to explore their correlations with T2DM complicated by OP.Methods A total of 135 patients with T2DM diagnosed between October 2017 and October 2019 were selected as research subjects,and the patients were divided into OP group(n=70,having OP)and non-OP group(n=65,without OP),and other 70 patients with OP without T2DM hospitalized at the same period were selected as simple OP group,while 70 healthy volunteers undergoing physical examinations at the same period were selected as control group.Among 4 groups,expressions of serum miR-23a and miR-30a were detected,and correlations between expressions of serum miR-23a and miR-30a with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Values of serum expressions of miR-23a and miR-30a in diagnosis of patients with T2DM complicated by OP were evaluated,and risk factors of T2DM complicated by OP were analyzed.Results Serum expressions of miR-23a and miR-30a in OP group were significantly higher than those in control,simple OP and non-OP groups(P<0.05).Levels of bone mineral density(BMD)of greater trochanter,femoral neck and Ward's triangle,osteocalcin(BGP)andβ-collagen degradation products(β-CTX)in OP group were significantly lower than those in non-OP group(P<0.01).Serum miR-23a was positively correlated with miR-30a(r=0.576,P<0.05).Serum miR-23a and miR-30a were negatively correlated with BMD of greater trochanter,femoral neck and Ward's triangle,BGP andβ-CTX(r=-0.381,-0.593,-0.533,-0.615,-0.582,P<0.05;r=-0.428,-0.624,-0.583,-0.647,-0.560,P<0.05).The combination of miR-23a and miR-30a was of good value in diagnosis of patients with T2DM complicated by OP,and they were risk factors for patients with T2DM complicated by OP(P<0.05).Conclusion The miR-23a and miR-30a are related to T2DM with OP,and the combined detection of miR-23a and miR-30a is of a certain value in diagnosis of patients with T2DM with OP.
