摘要
目的 探讨八珍汤联合穴位贴敷辅助化疗对恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏的改善作用,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年3月间青岛大学附属青岛市中心医院收治的186例恶性肿瘤患者,将所有患者按照SAS软件产生的随机数表分为A、B、C三组,每组患者62例。给予A组患者单纯化疗方案,给予B组患者中药八珍汤联合化疗治疗,C组患者则采用中药+穴位贴敷+化疗方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能、癌因性疲乏及生活质量变化情况。结果 治疗前,A、B、C三组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平,癌因性疲乏(BFI)量表得分及生活质量(QLQ-C30量表)得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,A、B、C三组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平,BFI量表得分及QLQ-C30量表得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中A、B、C三组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平依次升高;A组患者BFI量表得分较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。B、C两组患者BFI量表得分较治疗前较低;C组BFI量表得分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A患者QLQ-C30量表得分高于B、C组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而B、C组患者QLQ-C30量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 八珍汤联合穴位贴敷辅助化疗可显著改善恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中出现的癌因性疲乏,同时可提高患者的生活质量,八珍汤辅助化疗也可改善恶性肿瘤患者的癌因性疲乏,其效果低于三种方法联合应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Bazhen decoction combined with acupoint application and adjuvant chemotherapy for cancer-related fatigue in patients with malignant tumors to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 186 patients with malignant tumors treated were selected at Qingdao Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from March 2020 to March 2021. They were divided into group A, group B and group C by SAS software with 62 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated with chemotherapy alone. Patients in group B were treated with Chinese medicine and Bazhen decoction combined with chemotherapy. Patients in group C were treated with Chinese medicine plus acupoint application plus chemotherapy. Changes in immune function, cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared among the three groups before and after treatment. Results Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+), CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+), Brief fatigue inventory(BFI) scale score and quality of life(QLQ-C30 scale) score among the three groups(P>0.05). At 3 months after the treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+), CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+), the scores of BFI scale and QLQ-C30 scale among the three groups(all P<0.05). The levels of CD3^(+), CD4^(+), CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased in turn in the three groups. The scores of BFI were high in group A and were low in group C and group D after the treatment compared with those before the treatment(all P<0.05). Moreover, they were lower in group C than that in group B(all P<0.05). The scores of QLQ-C30 were higher in group A than in group B and group C(all P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05). Conclusion Bazhen decoction combined with acupoint application and adjuvant chemotherapy can significantly relieve cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life in patients with malignant tumor on chemotherapy. Although Bazhen decoction plus adjuvant chemotherapy can relieve cancer-related fatigue in patients with malignant tumors, the efficacy is inferior to the combination therapy of the three regimen.
