摘要
平衡功能障碍和因其导致的跌倒现象对老年人的身体健康和生命安全的严重威胁因素,是当前社会需亟待解决的重要公共问题。太极拳运动锻炼的长期坚持可以有效预防平衡功能障碍,增加老年人对重心的感知能力,促使人体重心垂线返回到稳定的支撑面内,优化恢复机体神经系统、感觉系统和运动系统的生理功能,降低跌倒风险。文章将进一步综述太极拳运动对老年人平衡能力生理机制的干预疗效,为太极拳的实用性研究提供依据。
Balance dysfunction and the fall phenomenon caused by it are serious threats to the health and life safety of the elderly,which are important public problems to be solved urgently.Long term adherence to Taijiquan exercise can effectively prevent balance dysfunction,increase the elderly’s perception of the center of gravity,promote the vertical line of the body’s center of gravity to return to a stable support surface,optimize the recovery of physiological functions of the body’s nervous system,sensory system and motor system,and reduce the risk of falling.This paper will further review the intervention effect of Taijiquan on the physiological mechanism of balance ability of the elderly,and provide the basis for the practical research of Taijiquan..
