摘要
数字技术是世界科技革命和产业变革的先机,推进数字技术与传统产业深度融合是必然趋势。煤炭作为传统产业,正在加速智能化建设赋能转型升级,其新型信息基础设施建设在智能化建设中至关重要。按照党中央对智能化、综合性数字信息基础设施要求,从高速泛在网络、天地一体组合、云网融合服务、智能敏捷运行、绿色低碳建设、安全自主可控6个方面,进行特征、特点研究分析。以下从高速泛在网络建设、天地一体应用、云网融合建设、智能敏捷研发应用、绿色低碳实践、安全可控研发6个方面介绍国家能源集团煤炭产业新型信息基础设施建设研究成果和实践经验,并在此基础上从煤矿产业数字化顶层设计、协同创新合作模式、煤炭行业工业互联网平台、新技术应用推广、智能化人才培育方面提出了加快智能化综合性数字信息基础设施建设的思考。
Digital technology offers a decisive opportunity for global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,so it is an inevitable trend to promote the deep integration of digital technolo⁃gy and traditional industries.The coal industry,as a traditional industry,has been accelerating its transfor⁃mation and upgrading through intelligent construction,in which the construction of the new information infra⁃structure plays a crucial role.According to the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Par⁃ty of China for the intelligent integrated digital information infrastructure,the characteristics of such infra⁃structure need to be analyzed from six aspects including high-speed ubiquitous network,space-earth integra⁃tion network,cloud-network integration service,intelligent and agile operation,green and low-carbon con⁃struction,security and independent control.Accordingly,this article introduces the research results and prac⁃tical experience about the new information infrastructure construction of the coal industry of CHN Energy from construction of high-speed ubiquitous network,application of space-earth integration network,construc⁃tion of cloud-network integration service,R&D and application of intelligent and agile operation,green and low-carbon practice,and R&D of security and independent control.Based on this,this article puts forward recommendations on speeding up the construction of intelligent integrated digital information infrastructure in terms of digital top-level design of the coal industry,cooperation mode through collaborative innovation,in⁃dustrial Internet platform of the coal industry,application and promotion of new technologies,and cultivation of intelligence-based talents.
