摘要
目前临床上针对肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的血糖和体重干预已有多种方案,其中奥利司他作为新兴的减重药物在此类病症的治疗中被迅速应用与大量研究。本文以肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床治疗背景与奥利司他的作用机制为切入点,系统总结了当前针对奥利司他参与治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的各类研究,为奥利司他临床应用提供了新的思路。
At present,there are many clinical intervention measures for controlling the blood glucose and body weight of patients with obese type 2 diabete,in which,orlistat,as an emerging weight relief drug,has been rapidly used and researched in treatment of the diseases.Based on the clinical treatment background of obese type 2 diabetes and the action mechanism of orlistat,this article systematically summarizes the various current researches about orlistat involving in treatment of obese type 2 diabetes,so as to provide a new idea for the clinical application of orlistat.
