摘要
仿毛织物受外力拉伸后,宏观上只能观察织物断裂过程,其内部纱线形变和纱线断裂等过程难以观察,为了精确分析仿毛织物拉伸状态下纱线变化规律,选取4款涤纶仿毛织物,通过高速摄像机监测各织物拉伸过程中纱线直径变化及其各纱线断裂持续时间等参数。结果表明:织物受拉伸后,拉伸方向纱线直径随时间呈线性减小趋势,且斜率与织物未受拉伸方向紧度有关,即紧度越大,斜率越大;在拉伸方向上,4款织物纱线断裂持续时间都很短,且断裂持续时间与织物强力利用系数呈负相关关系。
The fabric fracture process of the wool-like fabric under tensile can easily be observed,while the yarn deformation and fracture of fabric were difficult to obtain.4 pieces of polyester wool-like fabric under tensile were monitored with high-speed camera,and the yarns diameter and rupture duration of fabric were acquired.The results show that the yarns diameter of fabric is decreased linearly over time under tensile,and its slope is related to the fabric tightness of unstretched direction.The larger the fabric tightness of unstretched direction,the faster the diameter.The yarn breakage duration is short,and the time is negative correlation to the coefficient of strength utilization of the fabric.
