摘要
通过对宝马5系汽车新型车身的粘接工艺、粘接材料、基本原理和应用场合进行分析和研究,绘制车身部件的装配与维修粘接技术路线,探讨了车身板件相关材料的粘结剂的使用工艺和方法,较好地提高了汽车行车的安全性。
Through the analysis and research on the bonding technology,bonding materials,basic principles and application occasions of BMW 5 series automobile new body parts,the technical route of assembly and maintenance of body parts bonding is drawn,and the application technology and method of adhesives for related materials of body panel parts are discussed,which improves the safety of automobile driving.
