摘要
提出一种基于单个三角形最小外接圆来提取水域边界的方法,通过构建TIN、计算三角形最小外接圆半径、三角形面域合并、提取面域边界等步骤,实现了从LiDAR点云数据中对水域边界的快速提取。利用覆盖湖北省长江流域的LiDAR点云数据验证了方法的有效性,结果表明该方法能快速提取各种形状的水面区域边界,减小了后期DEM数据的人工编辑工作量,为实现高精度数字高程模型全省覆盖、不断提高地理信息资源供给能力奠定了一定的基础。
This paper proposed a method to extract water boundary based on the minimum circumscribed circle of a single triangle.The rapid extraction of water boundary from LiDAR point cloud data was implemented by constructing TIN,calculating the radius of minimum circumscribed circles of triangles,merging triangular regions,extracting region boundary and so on.The method effectiveness was verified with the LiDAR point cloud data covering Yangtze River Basin in Hubei Province.The results show that the method can quickly extract water surface area boundaries of various shapes,reduce manual DEM data editing workload in the later stage,and lay a certain foundation for achieving provincial coverage of high-precision digital elevation model and continuously improving geographic information resource supply capacity.
