摘要
基于超声辅助提取法,优化紫大薯花青素提取工艺。通过单因素试验确定盐酸体积分数、超声时间、料液比水平,再结合响应面分析,得到花青素提取最优工艺。结果表明,紫大薯花青素最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶22(g/mL)、盐酸体积分数0.63%、超声时间19 min。在此条件下,花青素的提取量为93.62 mg/100 g,比未优化前花青素提取量有明显提升。响应面法优化后的提取工艺提取量较高,相比之前用时更少且更易于批量提取。
Anthocyanin extraction was optimized based on an ultrasonic-assisted extraction method. The factor levels of material-to-liquid ratio,hydrochloric acid volume fraction and ultrasonic extraction time were determined via single-factor experiments. Subsequently,Box-Beknhen design-response surface analysis was applied. The results indicated that best extraction method was as follows:material-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 22(g/mL),hydrochloric acid volume fraction of 0.63%,and ultrasonic extraction time of 19 min. Under these conditions,the extracted content of anthocyanins significantly increased to 93.62 mg/100 g when compared to the non-optimized medium. Furthermore,the optimal extraction condition using the response surface methodology improved the extraction content,consumed less time,and simplified bulk extraction than before.
