摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌对乳腺癌化疗患者免疫功能和化疗不良反应的影响。方法将86例女性乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组45例与对照组41例。两组患者均接受多柔比星+环磷酰胺方案化疗4个周期,观察组同时口服双歧杆菌四联活菌胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平,观察化疗期间两组患者骨髓抑制和胃肠道不良反应发生情况。结果化疗后,两组患者的CD4^(+)水平和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均高于化疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于化疗前,且观察组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值高于对照组(均P<0.05),而两组患者化疗前后组内、组间CD3^(+)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。化疗期间,观察组患者中性粒细胞减少发生率和胃肠道不良反应发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌辅助治疗能提高乳腺癌化疗患者的免疫功能,降低患者的中性粒细胞减少和胃肠道不良反应的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of Combined Bifidobacterium infantis,Lactobacillus acidophilus,Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus cereus(Live)on immune function and chemotherapy-caused adverse effects in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-six female patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(41 cases).Patients in both groups were given four cycles of chemotherapy with the doxorubicin+cyclophosphamide regimen,and the observation group was given oral Combined Bifidobacterium infantis,Lactobacillus acidophilus,Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus cereus Capsules(Live)additionally.The pre-and post-treatment levels of T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients in the two groups was observed during the chemotherapy.Results After the chemotherapy,the CD4^(+)level and the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were higher and the CD8^(+)level was lower in the two groups as compared with those before the chemotherapy,and the observation group yielded a higher CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio than the control group(all P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the within-group or between-group CD3^(+)level between the two groups before and after the chemotherapy(all P>0.05).During the chemotherapy,the incidence rates of neutropenia and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy with Combined Bifidobacterium infantis,Lactobacillus acidophilus,Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus cereus(Live)can improve the immune function and reduce the incidence rates of neutropenia and gastrointestinal adverse reactions in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
