高风险城市环境地铁小净距隧道近接隧道群施工方案优选 被引量:10

Optimization of construction scheme for metro small clear distance tunnel close to tunnel group in high-risk urban environment

摘要 为优选高风险城市环境中小净距隧道近接施工方案,依托北京地铁19号线新草区间新建小净距隧道近接隧道群工程,利用有限差分软件FLAC3D,对工程采取管棚管幕预加固措施和改变施工顺序2种施工方案,并对2种方案下的位移控制效果进行研究。研究结果表明:采用管棚管幕预加固措施,并以东侧隧道完工后西侧隧道开挖的顺序施工,可有效控制位移沉降;工程最大路面沉降降低52.28%,底部既有线拱顶位移下降75.15%,西侧新机场线横向位移下降49.09%,1号隧道横向、竖向位移分别减少33.98%,55.88%,2号隧道横向、竖向位移分别减少46.64%,75.61%。研究结果可为高风险城市环境的近接隧道施工提供参考。 In order to optimize the construction scheme for the approaching construction of small clear distance tunnel in the high-risk urban environment,based on the new small clear distance tunnel close to tunnel group project in Xincao section of Beijing Metro Line 19,the displacement control effect after taking two methods including the pre-reinforce measures of pipe shed and pipe curtain and changing the construction sequence on the project was studied by using the finite difference software FLAC3D.The results showed that the displacement could be well controlled by adopting the pre-reinforce measures of pipe shed and pipe curtain and the construction sequence of the excavation of west side tunnel after the completion of east side tunnel.The maximum pavement settlement of the project was reduced by 52.28%,the vault displacement of the existing line at the bottom decreased by 75.15%,the transverse displacement of the new airport line at the west side decreased by 49.09%,the transverse and vertical displacement of tunnel 1 decreased by 33.98%and 55.88%respectively,and the transverse and vertical displacement of tunnel 2 decreased by 46.64%and 75.61%respectively.The research results can provide reference for the approaching tunnel construction in high-risk urban environment.
