摘要
为探究单面倾斜底立式储罐用于航煤收发系统的可行性,开展针对该系统的试验测试和数值模拟。首先通过大角焊缝模型测试验证有限元模拟的准确性,并给出大角焊缝附近应变分布规律;然后通过有限元法对比单面倾斜底立式储罐和倒锥底立式储罐的大角焊缝附近受力状况,证实前者力学特性的优越性,并对其排板布置提出建议。
For purpose of exploring feasibility of applying a shovel bottom vertical tank to receiving and sending aviation fuels,both systematic experimental test and numerical simulation was implemented.Firstly,having the large fillet weld model employed to test and verify FEM simulation’s accuracy and having the strain distribution law near the large fillet weld presented;and then,making use of finite element method to compare the stress distribution near the large fillet welds of the shovel bottom vertical tank and the tapered bottom tank to prove the former’s superiority in mechanical properties,including suggestions to its layout.
