摘要
目的为了了解南京市某三甲医院继续医学教育活动的现状和开展情况,讨论其存在的问题,探索建立继续医学教育培训新体系。方法通过文献研究、调查问卷和访谈,研究了解医院卫生技术人员参加各类继续医学教育项目的情况和反馈等。结果通过调查研究,笔者了解到医院继续医学教育开展的情况较好,大部分医师对继续医学教育认知情况良好,参加继续医学教育目的明确,活动内容有意义,参加形式多样化,同时了解到医师通过参加继续医学教育的需求是希望选择合理的学习时间。结论根据讨论结果,针对医务人员的需求和建议,希望通过探索完善建设管理制度,培养临床实操和科研素养,开发多样化的教学课堂,建立一体化的智能管理方式,联合多部门统筹监管等措施,解决医务人员学习的难题,建立继续医学教育培训新体系。
Objective To understand the current situation and development of continuing medical education activities in a third-class hospital in Nanjing,discuss its existing problems,and explore the establishment of of a new system of continuing medical education and training.Methods Through investigation and research,we have learned that the hospital's continuing medical education is in good shape,most physicians have a good understanding of continuing medical education,the purpose of participating in continuing medical education is clear,the content of activities is meaningful,and the forms of participation are diverse.The need to participate in continuing medical education is the desire to choose a reasonable length of study.Results Through investigation and research,understand the development of continuing medical education in hospitals,and initially build a new system of continuing medical education and training.Conclusion According to the discussion results,according to the needs and suggestions of medical staff,it is hoped to explore and improve the construction management system,cultivate clinical practice and scientific research literacy,develop diversified teaching classrooms,establish an integrated intelligent management method,and cooperate with multiple departments to coordinate supervision and other measures.,solve the problem of medical staff learning,and establish a new system of continuing medical education and training.
