摘要
随着我国研究生教育的快速发展,招生规模与培养质量的矛盾日益凸显,研究生培养质量备受关注。近年来,教育部陆续出台文件要求加强研究生培养质量监督管理,各高校积极采取各种措施保障培养质量。学位论文是研究生学习期间科研成果的总结,也是培养质量最直接和最重要的体现。客观准确评价学位论文质量有助于学校及时掌握研究生培养情况,不断改进和完善研究生培养过程。医学研究生教育肩负着国家医疗行业高层次人才培养,承担着健康中国战略的重任,医学研究生培养质量至关重要。文章通过分析天津某医学院校2015-2019年1816份博士学位论文匿名评阅结果,阐述匿名评阅的优势和存在的问题,探讨医学生培养过程中的薄弱环节,总结培养质量保障体系建设的经验,提出涉及研究生、导师和管理制度三方面建议,涵盖研究生学术素养、导师职责、培养过程管理以及答辩学位授予等各方面和环节,切实保障医学院校学位授予质量。
With the rapid development of postgraduate education in China,the quality of training has attracted much attention.In recent years,the Ministry of Education has issued documents to strengthen the supervision and management of the quality of graduate training.Dissertation is the summary of the research achievements during the postgraduate study,and it is also the most direct and important embodiment of the quality of training.Objectively and accurately evaluating the quality of the dissertation is helpful for the university to grasp the situation of postgraduate training in time and constantly improve and perfect the postgraduate training process.Medical graduate education shoulders the training of high-level talents in the national medical industry and undertakes the important task of healthy China strategy,so the quality of medical graduate education is of great importance.Based on the analysis of the anonymous results in a medical university of Tianjin,this paper discusses the weak links in the training process,summarizes the experience in the training quality assurance system,and puts forward some suggestions concerning postgraduates,tutors and management systems,so as to ensure the quality of degree in medical university.
