激光光伏电池技术研究进展

摘要 随着科学技术的进步,人们对各种消费电子产品和电驱动移动平台的消费体验要求越来越高,激光无线充电技术有望成为下一代智能电子设备产品获取电能的重要方式。激光光伏电池,作为激光无线充电技术的核心组成部分,需要具备激光波长响应匹配好、可接收激光功率密度大、光电转换效率高等特点。结合国内外相关技术研究进展情况,总结分析了各类激光光伏电池在激光波长响应匹配特性和提高光电转换效率方面的研究成果,并对激光光伏电池未来的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。 With the progress of science and technology,people have higher requirements for the consumption experience of various consumer electronic products and electric-driven mobile platforms.Laser wireless charging technology is expected to become an important way for the next generation of smart electronic devices to obtain energy.Laser photovoltaic cells,as a core component of laser wireless charging technology,need to have the characteristics of well-matched laser wavelength response,high receivable laser power and high power conversion efficiency(PCE).Based on the research progress of related technologies,the research results of various laser photovoltaic cells in laser wavelength response matching characteristics and power conversion efficiency were summarized and analyzed,and the future research direction and development trend of laser photovoltaic cells were forecasted.
