摘要
不锈钢冷轧硬态带钢在连续退火机组入口活套内经常出现跑偏现象,造成机组异常停机、带钢实物和设备受损,对冷轧带钢产量和质量均造成不良影响。本文介绍了二十辊森吉米尔轧机性能和结构以及板型控制和调整方式,研究了冷轧硬态板在连续退火机组出入口活套工段跑偏的原因和影响因素,并制定解决方案和改进措施。研究表明,冷轧硬态基础板型质量是活套内带钢跑偏的主要影响因素。通过优化了二十辊森吉米尔轧机一中间辊和后支撑辊的工艺控制参数,得到最优实物板型的控制标准,实现了冷轧硬态板实物质量的提高和连续退火机组的稳定运行。
The stainless steel cold-rolled hard state strip often deviates in the looper at the entrance of the continuous annealing unit, resulting in abnormal shutdown of the unit and damage to the strip material and equipment, which has an adverse impact on the output and quality of cold-rolled strip. This paper introduces the performance and structure of 20 high Sendzimir Mill and the control and adjustment mode of plate shape, studies the causes and influencing factors of deviation of cold-rolled hard state plate in the looper section at the inlet and outlet of continuous annealing unit, and formulates solutions and improvement measures. The research shows that the quality of cold-rolled hard state fundamental plate shape is the main factor affecting the strip deviation in looper. By optimizing the process control parameters of first intermediate roll and rear support roll of 20 high Sendzimir mill, the control standard of the optimal entity plate shape is obtained, and realized the improvement of the entity quality of cold rolled hard state plate and the stable operation of continuous annealing unit.
