摘要
目的调查在住院无主流浪精神分裂症患者社会功能情况,并分析影响该病康复的主要因素。方法选择2019年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属精神卫生中心住院的无主流浪精神分裂症患者100例,对住院期间符合纳入标准的89例无主流浪精神分裂症患者,采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、社会领悟支持量表(PSSS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和自制一般情况问卷进行调查。结果89例住院无主流浪精神分裂症患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)均值为(17.42±6.23)分;中度及以上社会功能缺陷(SSPI总分≤29分)有81例(91.01%),其中中度28例,重度44例,极重度9例;多元回归分析显示,患者的精神症状严重程度、领悟社会支持感受中的家庭支持关怀是影响患者社会功能的主要因素。结论住院无主流浪精神分裂症患者存在严重的社会功能缺陷,严重影响其病情康复和回归社会;影响患者社会功能的主要因素有精神症状严重程度、领悟社会支持感受低与缺乏家庭支持关怀,临床工作中要为患者提供及时的治疗和相应的心理支持干预措施。
Objective To investigate the social function of the patients with vagrant schizophrenia and analyze the main influencing factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with vagrant schizophrenia who were hospitalized in the Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.Eighty-nine patients with vagrant schizophrenia who met the criteria during hospitalization were investigated with the Social Functioning Rating Scale(SSPI),Social Perception Support Scale(PSSS),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),and a self-made general condition questionnaire.Results The mean value of the social function rating scale(SSPI)was(17.42±6.23)points in 89 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Eighty-one patients(91.01%)had moderate or severe social function deficits(SSPI total score≤29 points),including 28 moderate,44 severe,and nine very severe.Multiple regression analysis revealed that the severity of psychiatric symptoms,perceived social support feelings,including family support care were the main influencing factors of social function.Conclusion Hospitalized patients with schizophrenia have serious social function defects,which seriously affect their recovery and return to society.The main factors affecting their social function include the severity of psychiatric symptoms,low perceived social support,and lack of family support care.Timely treatment and corresponding psychological support intervention measures should be provided for patients in clinical work.
