摘要
目的评价对小儿哮喘治疗应用孟鲁司特和布地奈德气雾剂两种药物的效果。方法整群选取在湖北省孝感市妇幼保健院2019年10月至2020年10月接收的90例哮喘患儿为研究对象,按治疗方案分为对照组45例,实施布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组45例,实施孟鲁司特和布地奈德气雾剂治疗。评估两组的临床症状缓解时间、气道功能、哮喘发作程度、相关细胞因子水平。结果观察组的临床症状缓解用时少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的气道功能各指标表现优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的哮喘发作程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的相关细胞因子表现优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘治疗中应用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗方法,可显著改善气道功能和相关细胞因子水平,减少了临床症状缓解时间,使得患者的哮喘发作程度有效的减轻,临床治疗效果理想。
Objective To evaluate the effect of montelukast and budesonide aerosol in the treatment of infantile asthma.Methods A total of 90 asthmatic children who were enrolled in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment plan,45 patients were divided into the control group and treated with budesonide aerosol,while 45 patients were divided into the observation group and treated with montelukast and budesonide aerosol.The clinical symptom relief time,airway function,severity of asthma attack and related cytokine levels were assessed.Results The clinical symptom relief time of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of the airway function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of severity of asthma attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression of related cytokines in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of montelukast combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of infantile asthma can significantly improve the airway function and related cytokine levels,reduce the clinical symptom relief time,and effectively alleviate the degree of asthma attack in patients,with the ideal clinical therapeutic effect.
