Research progress and development thinking of the gas-based direct reduction process

摘要 钢铁工业低碳发展对我国如期实现“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的目标至关重要。本文在介绍目前钢铁工业碳排放现状及直接还原工艺发展现状的基础上分析了气基直接还原工艺发展趋势,指出气基竖炉工艺是其大力发展的方向,并提出了实现该工艺设备大型化及促进原料来源多样化的建议,以期为行业碳减排提供解决方案。 The low carbon development of the iron and steel industry is crucial to achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals on schedule.Based on the introduction of the current status of carbon emission reduction in the iron and steel industry,the current development of direct reduction process is summarized,the development trend of gas-based direct reduction process is analyzed,it is pointed that the gas-based shaft furnace process is the direction of its vigorous development,and the suggestions to realize the large-scale process equipment and to promote the diversification of raw material sources are proposed in order to offer solutions for carbon emission reduction in industry.
