摘要
分析了回撤工作面中传统的撤架工艺流程及其存在的工艺缺陷,为了解决传统撤架工艺中存在的绞车钢丝绳断裂、掩护支架移动困难、撤架效率低以及三角区顶板维护差等难题,创新研究了停采支护、掩护支架自移、回撤支架以及三角区支护智能化快速撤架配套技术,并详细阐述了相关技术内容及其技术优势。通过在晋能控股煤业集团同忻煤矿的实际应用表明,智能化快速撤架配套技术节省了人力、提高了撤架效率、降低了安全隐患,对实施无人化撤架作业具有重要意义。
The traditional hydraulic supports removal process flow and its existing process defects in the withdrawal working face were analyzed.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional hydraulic supports removal process,such as winch wire rope fracture,difficult shield support migration,low removal efficiency and poor roof maintenance in the triangle area,the supporting technologies for intelligent rapid removal of hydraulic supports were innovatively studied,including stop mining support,shield support self-moving,withdrawal support and triangle area supporting,and the relevant technical contents and technical advantages were described in detail.The practical application in Tongxin Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group showed that the supporting technology for intelligent rapid removal of hydraulic supports saved manpower,improved the hydraulic supports removal efficiency and reduced potential safety hazards,which was of great significance for the implementation of unmanned removal operation of hydraulic supports.
