摘要
抽水蓄能电站运行不同于常规水电站,其发电流量对下水库调洪具有较大影响,尤其是利用已建水库作为下水库,涉及原有水库的安全问题,要结合实际情况考虑是否改扩建原有的泄洪建筑物,因此,洪水调节显得尤为重要。笔者首先明确抽水蓄能电站的特点以及洪水调节需考虑的主要问题;然后以GY抽水蓄能电站为例,对下水库洪水调节原则进行研究,入库洪水采用发电流量与下水库洪水过程进行滑动叠加组合,找出最不利的组合情况,以此复核校核洪水位。该洪水调节计算过程可供类似工程参考。
The operation of pumped storage power station is different from that of conventional hydropower station, and its power generation flow has a great influence on the flood regulation of the lower reservoir.Especially, the existing reservoir is used as the lower reservoir, which involves the safety of the original reservoir. It is necessary to consider whether to reconstruct and expand the original flood releasing structure according to the actual situation. Therefore, flood regulation is particularly important. Firstly, the authors define the characteristics of pumped storage power station and the main problems to be considered in flood regulation;Then, taking GY Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, the flood regulation principle of lower reservoir is studied, the inflow flood adopts the sliding superposition combination of power generation flow and lower reservoir flood process to find out the most unfavorable combination, so as to recheck the check flood level. The flood regulation calculation process can be used as a reference for similar projects.
