摘要
[研究目的]专利质量决定了国家在科技竞争中的资源配置与分工地位,探究专利高质量发展对提高经济质量及国际地位具有重要意义。[研究方法]以人工智能产业为例,基于Derwent专利数据系统和Super-SBM模型,分析了中国、美国、日本、韩国2010—2020年专利高质量发展趋势及原因。通过Hausman方法,检验专利高质量发展的技术创新驱动机制,并采用2SLS和GMM模型对其进行稳健性检验。[研究结论]中国与韩国专利高质量发展呈现下降趋势,美国与日本呈现上升趋势。在技术创新驱动机制回归模型中,主要解释变量技术时滞效应显著为负、撰写质量推动效应显著为正、技术关联效应不显著。其他控制变量中,法定质量指标显著且为正;经济质量指标中剩余有效期显著为正,主权项字数不显著。
[Research purpose]Patent quality determines the status of resource allocation and division of labor of a country in the competition of science and technology.It is of great significance to explore the high-quality development of patent for improving economic quality and international status.[Research method]Taking the artificial intelligence industry as an example,based on Derwent patent data system and super-SBM model,this paper analyzes the development trend and reasons of patent high-quality development in China,the United States,Japan and South Korea from 2010 to 2020.By using Hausman method,this paper examines the driving mechanism of technological innovation for patent high-quality development.Its robustness was tested by 2SLS and GMM models.[Research conclusion]China and South Korea showed a downward trend in the high-quality development of patents,while the United States and Japan showed an upward trend.In the regression model of technology innovation driving mechanism,the main explanatory variable technology delay effect is significantly negative,writing quality driving effect is significantly positive,and technology correlation effect is not significant.Among other control variables,the legal quality index was significant and positive.The remaining validity period of economic quality index is significantly positive,while the number of sovereign terms are not significant.
