摘要 分析了炼化装置20种主要腐蚀检测技术及适用的腐蚀失效类型,重点介绍了脉冲涡流、交流电磁场检测和贴片式无源测厚三种技术在炼化企业的应用,探讨了腐蚀检测技术研发、腐蚀检测部位选点优化和腐蚀检测数据有效利用三个方面存在的问题,并提出了下一步的工作建议。 Current situation of corrosion inspection technologies in refining and chemical plants was analyzed,and the application of pulsed eddy current testing,alternating current field measurement as well as patch type battery-free thickness measurement were introduced.Moreover,the problems existing in the development of corrosion inspection technology,the optimization of corrosion detection location and the effective utilization of corrosion detection data were discussed,then relevant suggestions were put forward.
