环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置再沸器泄漏原因分析及应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 某公司环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置的一效蒸发器再沸器发生泄漏,通过对再沸器虾米弯与管板的连接方式及内部结构进行分析,研究异种钢焊接易产生的问题,结合工艺介质对管板的腐蚀影响,确定泄漏原因并制定应对措施。2018年对再沸器进行维修改造,在设备内部密封焊缝处增加L型密封贴条,消除了缺陷,维修后的设备运行情况良好,从而为同类型再沸器的泄漏处理提供了有效的解决方案。 Leakage occurred in the reboiler of ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol unit of a company.Connection mode and internal structure between reboiler shrimp waist and tube sheet were studied,major problems caused by dissimilar steel welding were analyzed.Combined with corrosion influence of process medium on tube sheet,root causes were determined and countermeasures were advised.In 2018,the reboiler was maintained and renovated,L-shaped sealing strips were added at the welds inside equipment for eliminating defects.The repaired equipment operates well,thus providing an effective solution for leakage treatment of the same type of reboiler.
