燃煤机组辅机设备运行健康状态在线评估方法及应用 被引量:9

Application of an Online Evaluation Method for Operating Health Status of Auxiliary Equipment in Coal-fired Power Plants

摘要 加强辅机设备健康状态实时评估与预警对宽负荷调峰火电机组的安全运行具有重要意义。基于火电机组主要辅机设备如送、引风机以及汽动给水泵的运行特性分析,提出设备运行健康状态在线评估方法。采用参数异常变化监控法对独立影响设备的参数进行趋势预判,采用特征向量类比分析法从系统的角度实时评估设备各运行参数是否失配,进而综合评价设备健康状态。在某630MW机组上的应用结果显示,参数异常变化监控法成功识别了送风机轴承温度大幅度跳变的工况,并预警相关人员采取防御措施,避免了设备跳闸。采用该机组某次深调工况下引风机失速的历史数据进行的测试结果显示,特征向量类比分析法可以在设备运行异常的瞬间发出参数失配预警,为操盘人员在事故工况下赢得黄金抢救时间,避免事故恶化。 Strengthening online evaluation and precaution on the health status of the auxiliary equipment is important to the safety operation of the wide load peak regulation coal-fired power units.Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of auxiliary equipment,i.e.forced draft fan,induced draft fan and steam feed-water pump,an online evaluation method for operating health status of auxiliary equipment was presented.The parameter abnormal variation supervisory method was used to prejudge the trend of parameters that independently affect the equipment.The eigenvector analogy analysis method was used to evaluate whether the operating parameters of the equipment mismatch with each other from the systematical angle.After that,a comprehensive conclusion about the health status of the equipment was provided.The application result in a 630MW power unit showed that the parameter abnormal variation supervisory method successfully recognized that a bearing temperature of the forced draft fan fluctuated in a large amplitude and warning,which reminded the operators to take prevention measures and avoids equipment trip.The power unit historical data of the induced draft fans stall condition was used to conduct test and the result showed that the feature vector analogy method was able to issue parameter mismatch warning at the moment that the equipment works abnormally,which saved time for the operators at accident conditions,avoiding the accident to deteriorate.
