摘要
目的分析基于健康信念模式(HBM)的干预策略应用于学龄期病毒性心肌炎患儿的效果。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2018年3月至2021年1月学龄期病毒性心肌炎患儿88例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合基于HBM的干预策略,比较两组遵医行为、干预前后家属疾病认知程度、患儿心理异常发生率、生存质量、家属护理工作满意度。结果观察组遵医行为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组家属疾病认知程度均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿心理异常发生率4.55%(2/44)低于对照组25.00%(11/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组角色功能、生理功能、社会功能、情感功能评分及PedsQL4.0总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于HBM理论的干预策略应用于学龄期病毒性心肌炎患儿,可改善遵医行为,调节心理状态,增强患儿家属健康知识掌握程度,提高患儿生存质量及护理工作满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of intervention strategies based on health belief model(HBM)on medical compliance behavior in school-age children with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 88 school-age children with viral myocarditis from March 2018 to January 2021 in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was combined with the HBM-based intervention strategy on the basis of the control group.The medical compliance behavior,family members'disease cognition before and after the intervention,the incidence of children's psychological abnormalities,quality of life,and family members'nursing work satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The medical compliance behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The disease cognition of the family members of the two groups after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of psychological abnormalities in the observation group was 4.55%(2/44),significally lower than that in the control group,25.00%(11/44)(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of role function,physiological function,social function,emotional function and total score of PedsQL4.0 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention strategy based on HBM theory applied to school-age children with viral myocarditis can improve medical compliance behavior,regulate psychological state,enhance the mastery of health knowledge of children's family members,and improve children's quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
