摘要
食品和药品的质量与人们的身体健康息息相关,食品和药品的检验工作非常重要。为提升食品、药品质量检验工作的质量和效率,本文概述了食品、药品检验工作的内容及标准物质的定义、作用,分析了在食品和药品检验过程中标准物质使用的常见问题,提出了相应的解决措施,以期为食品和药品的质量检测工作提供参考,促进我国食品、药品生产秩序的稳定。
The quality of food and drugs is closely related to people’s health.The inspection of food and drugs is very important.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of food and drug quality inspection,this paper summarizes the content of food and drug inspection and the definition and function of reference materials,analyzes the common problems in the use of reference materials in the process of food and drug inspection,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide reference for food and drug quality inspection and promote the development of food and drug quality inspection in China Stability of drug production order.
