摘要
以广东某修造船基地内修造船企业产生的典型危险废物处置为例,介绍了以“中温热解+高温等离子体熔融+烟气余热利用及净化”技术为主体的多工艺协同危废处置工艺和工程运行情况。结果表明:多工艺协同危废处置技术实现了修造船基地内危险废物的减量化、无害化和资源化处置,推动修造船企业逐步建成“无废工厂”;结合运行数据对该处置系统的2种运行方式进行了经济性分析和对比,发现采用等离子体熔融炉系统集中时间运行的方式可有效节省成本、提高经济效益。
Take the typical hazardous waste disposal produced by a ship building&repairing yard of Guangdong as an example,the multiprocess synergy disposal hazardous waste process and engineering application based on"medium temperature pyrolysis+high temperature plasma melting+flue gas waste heat utilization and purification"are introduced.Combined with the operation data,the economic analysis and comparison of the two operation modes of the disposal system are carried out.The results show that the multiprocess synergy disposal technology realizes the reduction,harmless and resource-based disposal of hazardous waste in the ship building&repairing yard,and promotes ship building&repairing yard to build a"waste free factory".The centralized operation mode of plasma melting furnace system can effectively save cost and improve economic benefits.
