摘要
通过分析剩余电流互感器的工作原理可知,比值差与相位差是产生误差的主要因素。通过公式解析,得出误差对灵敏度和平衡性的传变特性产生影响。考虑产品设计中器件参数值的影响,进一步通过实验对剩余电流互感器的物理特性进行优化,验证原理分析的结论,确定在不同条件下剩余电流互感器灵敏度和平衡性的传变特性。实验结果表明优化设计的合理性并据此设计了一个精度高达0.5级的剩余电流互感器。
According to the working principle of residual current transformer,phase displacement and ratio error are the main factors causing error.The influence of error on the transmission characteristics of sensitivity and balance is obtained through formula analysis.Considering the influence of device parameter values in product design,the physical characteristics of residual current transformer is further optimized through experiments to verify the conclusion of principle analysis and determine the transmission characteristics of sensitivity and balance of residual current transformer under different conditions.The experimental results show that the optimization is reasonable,and a residual current transformer with high precision up to 0.5 level is designed.
