摘要
目的:探讨黄芪颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:选取78例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。两组均给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片进行抗炎治疗,对照组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]水平、疾病活动状态[疾病活动指数(DAI)、Jeroen内镜分级]评分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组DAI、Jeroen评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD8;、TNF-α、IL-17水平均低于对照组,IL-10、CD3;、CD4;、CD4;/CD8;水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规抗炎药物基础上,采用黄芪颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者效果确切,可改善患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平,减轻炎症反应,以及抑制疾病活动状态,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore effects of Astragalus granules combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in adjuvant treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:78 patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method,39 cases in each group.Both groups were given Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets for anti-inflammatory treatment.On this basis,the control group was additionally treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with Astragalus granules on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and the inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),and interleukin-17(IL-17)],the disease activity status[disease activity index(DAI),Jeroen endoscopic classification]score and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the DAI score and the Jeroen score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD8;,TNF-α,and IL-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of IL-10,CD3;,CD4;and CD4;/CD8;were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of conventional anti-inflammatory drugs,Astragalus granules combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of the patients with UC is effective and can improve the levels of T lymphocyte subsets,reduce the inflammation reactions,and inhibit the disease activity with good safety.
