摘要
目的分析冠心病特点、治疗要点,探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床药学效果,为冠心病治疗提供参考。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月期间我院收治的冠心病患者,总计200例。按照治疗分组,随机数字表法分为单纯曲美他嗪治疗组、药物联合治疗组,两组各100例。单纯曲美他嗪治疗组对于就诊的冠心病患者采取单纯曲美他嗪治疗,药物联合治疗组对于就诊的冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组冠心病患者不同用药方案治疗后的情况,包括组间临床疗效;每周心绞痛发作的次数、每次持续心绞痛发作的时间、ST段下移1 mm的时间;治疗前后患者心绞痛VAS评分、总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径。结果治疗后组间临床疗效分析,药物联合治疗组患者的疗效明显高于单纯曲美他嗪治疗组,差异显著P<0.05;组间心功能等指标比较,药物联合治疗组患者的相关指标均明显优于单纯曲美他嗪治疗组,差异显著P<0.05。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效好,可更好改善患者的心功能,减轻心绞痛,改善血脂,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and treatment points of coronary heart disease,and to explore the clinical pharmaceutical effects of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease,so as to provide reference for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 200 CHD patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the treatment groups,the patients were divided into trimetazidine alone treatment group(treatment with trimetazidine only)and drug combination treatment group(treatment with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine)by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The two groups of patients with coronary heart disease were compared after treatment with different medication regimens,including the clinical efficacy between the two groups;the number of angina attacks per week,the duration of each sustained angina attack,and the time of ST segment descending 1 mm;VAS score of angina pectoris,total cholesterol level,low density lipoprotein cholesterol level,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-systolic diameter before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of drug combination therapy group was significantly higher than that of trimetazidine alone treatment group,the difference was significant P<0.05.Comparison of cardiac function and other indicators between groups,the related indicators in drug combination treatment group were significantly better than trimetazidine alone treatment group,the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine has a good therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease,which can better improve cardiac function,relieve angina pectoris,improve blood lipid and shorten the treatment time.
