基于PCS7的精馏微缩工艺串级控制系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对精馏工艺过程中存在工艺参数波动、控制精度较低的问题,设计了一套基于PCS7控制系统的精馏过程控制方案。对精馏过程中灵敏板温度这一核心控制回路,提出了多回路串级PID控制策略,并为主副控制器增加了限值保护功能。在精馏微缩工艺实物平台的基础上,利用PCS7控制系统实现精馏过程控制方案并运用WINCC上位机软件在线实时监控。实验结果表明,精馏过程自动运行,安全可靠。与传统的单回路控制策略相比,采用多回路串级PID控制策略及限值保护功能,能够有效解决精馏过程中存在的上述问题,同时增强了工艺过程的平稳性,为大型精馏工业控制系统的升级改造提供了一种新型方案。 Aiming at the problems of process parameter fluctuation and low control accuracy in the distillation process,a set of distillation process control scheme based on PCS7 control system was designed. For the core control loop of the sensitive plate temperature in the distillation process, a multi-loop cascade PID control strategy was proposed, and a limit protection function was added to the primary and secondary controllers. On the basis of the physical platform of the rectification and miniaturization process, the PCS7 control system was used to realize the rectification process control plan,and the WINCC upper computer software was used for online real-time monitoring. The experimental results showed that the distillation process ran automatically,and was safe and reliable. Compared with the traditional single-loop control strategy, the use of multi-loop cascade PID control strategy and limit protection function effectively solved the above-mentioned problems in the distillation process, and at the same time enhanced the stability of the process. The paper can provide a new solution for the upgrade of the control system.
