摘要
报道蘑菇科中国一新种,样本采自内蒙自治区西部鄂尔多斯市。采用形态学进行描述,并用分子标记技术对该蘑菇样本的基因组DNA进行ITS片段扩增、测序及BLAST比对,采用DNAman 8验证,随机挑选蘑菇科伞菌属的种进行系统发生学比较,从而对样品gf7821进行鉴定。结果表明,该蘑菇样本属于蘑菇科(Agaricaceae)伞菌属(Agaricus),BLAST比对其与Agaricus padanus同源性最大,为98.33%。进一步用DNAman 8验证序列一致度为68.18%,可确定gf7821为蘑菇科的一个新种。运用系统进化软件分析了样品gf7821,发现其与Agaricus padanus聚为一类,且在外围,与其他的序列均不在同一类群上,遗传距离更远。
A new species of Agaricaceae in China was reported,which was collected from Ordos City,western Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The morphology was described in detail,and the genomic DNA of the sample was amplified by molecular marker technology,then sequenced and blast compared,and verified by DNAman 8.The other species of Agaricus were randomly selected for phylogenetic comparison,so as to identify the sample gf7821.The results showed that the sample belonged to Agaricus,Agaricaceae.Blast comparison showed that it had the greatest homology with Agaricus padanus,which was 98.33%.Further verification with DNAman 8 showed that the identity was 68.18%.It can be determined that gf7821 is a new species of Agaricaceae.The sample gf7821 obtained from the tree was analyzed by systematic evolution software.It was found that it clustered with A.padanus,and was in the periphery,which was not in the same group with other sequences,and the genetic distance was farther.
