摘要
[目的/意义]探究学术信息规避行为的影响因素,以期为青年科研人员合理应对学术信息规避提供参考,为高校科研服务部门优化科研支持提供建议。[方法/过程]以高校青年科研人员为访谈对象,运用扎根理论对访谈数据进行编码分析,并基于压力源—压力状态—结果理论(S-S-O)构建学术信息规避行为影响因素的模型。[结果/结论]研究表明,信息特征、信息效用、任务驱动、环境因素、科研平台及学术素养为压力源因素,直接影响科研人员的压力状态(心理情感和认知因素),压力状态直接影响学术信息规避行为,时间压力正向调节心理情感和认知因素对学术信息规避行为的影响。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of academic information avoidance behavior of scientific researchers,so as to provide reference for young scientific researchers to reasonably deal with the negative impact of academic information avoidance,and provide suggestions for optimizing scientific research support for scientific research service departments in universities.[Methods/Process]In this study,young researchers in universities were selected as the interviewees,and the grounded theory was used to encode and analyze the interview data.Based on the Stressor-Strain-Outcome theory(S-S-O),the model of influencing factors of academic information avoidance behavior was constructed.[Results/Conclusion]This study shows that information characteristics,information utility,task-driven,environmental factors,scientific research platform and academic literacy are the“Stressor”factors of researchers,which directly affect the“Strain”(psychological emotion and cognitive factors).“Strain”directly affects academic information avoidance behavior.Time pressure positively regulates the influence of psychological emotion and cognitive factors on academic information avoidance behavior.
