摘要
[目的/意义]日益复杂的技术创新与严峻的市场环境,给技术型初创企业的生存与发展带来挑战。尽早发现潜力技术机会可以帮助此类企业优化发展战略,争取未来竞争优势。[方法/过程]本研究利用全球专利数据,提出一种基于技术潜力评估和技术—企业关联关系的技术方向识别方法,为技术型初创企业寻求可行的技术发展路径。在技术潜力评估中,综合考虑专利的技术价值与经济价值构建技术潜力评估指标,从全领域探测得到潜力技术候选集;在技术—企业关联关系中,进一步考虑目标企业与潜力技术的关联程度,从候选集中定位最优技术。本研究选择人工智能领域进行实证,以商汤科技作为目标企业。在上述方法框架下,基于全领域专利数据为目标企业选择潜力技术发展方向。[结果/结论]本文实证验证了上述方法的可行性与科学性,可以帮助类似的技术型初创企业识别潜力技术方向、制定创新战略,从而辅助其突破困境、持续发展。
[Purpose/Significance]Increasingly complex technological innovation and severe market environment bring challenges to the survival and development of the technology-based start-ups.Early detection of potential technology opportunities can help such enterprises optimize their development strategies to strive for future competitive advantages.[Method/Process]Based on global patent data,this study proposed a technology direction identification method in view of technology potential assessment and technology-firm association relationship,so as to seek feasible technology development path for technology start-ups.In the evaluation of technical potential,the technical potential evaluation index was constructed by considering the technical value and economic value,and measure the technical potential direction of all patents in related fields.In the technology-firm relationship,take the degree of association between the target company and the potential technology into further consider and locate the optimal technology from the candidate set.This research selected the field of artificial intelligence for empirical research,and takes SenseTime as the target enterprise;under the above-mentioned method framework,the target enterprise selected the potential technology development direction based on the patent data of the whole field.[Result/Conclusion]This paper verifies the feasibility and scientificity of the proposed method above,which can help similar technology-based start-ups identify potential technology directions and develop innovation strategies,so as to help them break through difficulties and develop sustainably.
