摘要
随着地铁施工的发展,越来越多的管线保护问题成为限制地铁施工的主要因素之一,深基坑开挖面临的管线问题不仅种类繁多,且工况各异,为解决地铁出入口上方大口径供水管线保护施工难点,本文通过对管线保护各施工法进行分析,并结合供水管线产权单位需求和现场实际工况,提出采用钢套管+工字钢悬吊方式对大口径供水管线进行保护。通过实际案例应用分析,该技术保护措施效果好,有效减少了供水管线迁改时间,为出入口施工提供了较好的先决条件,可为类似工程提供施工参考。
With the development of subway construction,more and more pipeline protection problems have became one of the main factors limiting subway construction. The pipeline problems faced by deep foundation pit excavation are not only various,but also at different working conditions. In order to solve the difficulties of large-diameter water supply pipeline protection construction above subway entrance and exit,this paper analyzes various construction methods of pipeline protection. Combined with the demand of the property right unit of the water supply pipeline and the actual working conditions on site,it is proposed to protect the largediameter water supply pipeline by using the steel casing + I-beam suspension. Through the application analysis of practical cases,the technical protection measures have good effect,effectively reduce the relocation time of the water supply pipeline,provide a good prerequisite for the construction of the entrance and exit,and provide a construction reference for similar projects.
