摘要
冬奥会主题口号在宣扬奥运精神、标明赛事特征以及传递主办国人文和社会文化方面有着积极作用,其英文口号的汉译对于中国民众感受赛事热情、了解主办国文化等影响深远。基于生态翻译学的“三维”转换原则,分析了冬奥会主题口号的汉语译文以及北京冬奥会主题口号的英语译文在语言维、文化维、交际维的合理性转换,强调了“三维”转换翻译方法对口号翻译的指导作用,论证了冬奥会主题口号广泛传播的原因。
The theme slogan of the Winter Olympic Games plays a positive role in promoting the Olympic spirit,marking the features of competitive events and transmitting the humanities and social culture of the host country.The E-C translation of the slogan embodies profound significance of the Chinese people in experiencing the passion of the event and getting to know the host country.Based on the“three-dimensional”transformation principle of Eco-translatology,the analysis of all previous theme slogans’Chinese translation as well as Beijing’s English translation from linguistic,cultural and communicative dimensions highlights the guidance of“three-dimensional”transformation translation strategy for slogan translation and demonstrates why the Winter Olympic Games’theme slogan could spread widely.
