摘要 科学城天府科创园及配套项目1号地块工程椭圆单体屋面为双曲面椭圆形悬挑钢结构,采用犀牛软件进行三维线性建模,采用MIDAS有限元分析软件进行钢结构受力计算,通过Tekla Structures软件将线性模型深化为三维模型并导出加工图,通过AutoCAD软件对生成的加工图进行优化并导出控制点坐标,采用三测对比分析定位技术,即钢挑梁同外侧圆管圈梁连接点坐标与模型坐标进行3次对比纠偏,分别为模型坐标与工厂预拼装测量坐标、钢挑梁安装端点测量坐标、外侧圆管圈梁安装控制点测量坐标对比分析,对偏差较大的区域进行纠偏,从而使屋面悬挑钢结构施工效果达到设计要求。 The elliptic single roof, the No. 1 plot of the Tianfu Science and Technology Innovation Park of the Science City and its supporting projects, is a hyperboloid elliptical cantilevered steel structure. During its construction, Rhino software is used for three-dimensional linear modeling. MIDAS finite element analysis software is adopted for steel structure force calculation. By using Tekla Structures software, linear models are adopted to deepen the three-dimensional model and generate the processing drawings. AutoCAD software is applied to optimize the generated processing drawings and obtain the control point coordinates. Three-measurement comparison analysis positioning technology, namely, the coordinates of the connection points of the steel cantilever beam and the outer tube ring beam are compared and corrected three times with the model coordinates, is adopted to make comparative analysis for the measurement of the model coordinates and the factory’s pre-assembled coordinates, the measurement coordinates of the steel cantilever installation ending, and the measurement coordinates of the installation control points of the outer round pipe ring beam, respectively to correct the deviation of the area with large deviation so that the completion effect of the hyperboloid construction of the roof cantilever steel structure can meet the design requirements.
