一种新型泥水盾构绿色泥浆配制及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 传统泥水盾构泥浆所用添加剂主要为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),这种泥浆难以降解,对环境污染性强,废浆量大,浆液指标难以控制。鉴于此,发明了一种绿色泥浆,这种泥浆所用添加剂白糊精价格低廉,对环境无污染,试验研究发现白糊精作为一种绿色环保的添加剂能有效地改善泥浆性能,12.4%的白糊精泥浆pH值为9.4,密度为1.141g/cm^(3),滤失量为12.46mL,黏度为25.93s。通过自主设计改进的泥浆渗透装置分析绿色泥浆在砂卵石地层中的渗透性能,发现绿色泥浆在地层表面能够形成光滑致密的泥膜,可以显著降低泥浆在地层中的滤失量,从而维持开挖面的稳定。试验表明该绿色泥浆可以很好满足施工要求。 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) is the main additive used in traditional slurry shield slurry, which results in strong environmental pollution as a consequence of being difficult to degrade, being difficult to control slurry index, and generating a large amount of waste slurry. In accordance with this situation, in this paper, a kind of environmentally-friendly slurry is invented. The additive used in the slurry is a kind of white dextrin which is not only cheap, but also has no pollution to the environment. Experimental study shows that this white dextrin, as an environmental protection additive, can effectively improve the slurry performance. The pH value of 12.4% white dextrin mud is 9.4, the specific gravity is 1.141 g/cm^(3), the filtration loss is 12.46 mL, and the viscosity is 25.93 s. It is found through analysis of the permeability of the environmentally-friendly slurry in sand and gravel formation using independently designed and modified mud permeability device that the environmentally-friendly slurry can form a smooth and dense mud film on the surface of the formation, which can significantly reduce the slurry filtration in the formation, so as to maintain the stability of the excavation face. Tests have shown that this environmentally-friendly slurry can well meet the construction requirements.
