装配式波形钢腹板梁桥设计研究及应用 被引量:18

摘要 为给装配式波形钢腹板梁桥的设计提供依据,对国内外已建和在建的典型装配式波形钢腹板梁桥形式进行对比分析,结合波形钢腹板的受力特点,给出了装配式波形钢腹板梁桥的关键设计指标:该类桥梁适用跨径为30~70 m,适合装配的3种梁型为T形、先工后箱及箱形梁,高跨比宜为1/18~1/15,预制单梁梁宽为4~6 m。基于顶、底板受力的差异性,提出装配式波形钢腹板梁桥顶板最小厚度为18 cm,预制底板最小厚度为25 cm,梁顶板推荐采用带翼缘板埋入式连接件,梁底板推荐采用嵌入式连接件,横隔板间距应为5~10 m,跨间混凝土横隔板最小厚度不宜小于20 cm,锚固横梁厚度不宜小于1.2 m。根据建设条件不同,提出了先工后箱装配式波形钢腹板梁和整孔预制装配式波形钢腹板箱梁的施工方案,并结合工程实例给出了实桥设计的各项参数。 In this paper,the typical precast segmental girder bridges with corrugated steel webs that are in service and under construction at home and abroad are compared and analyzed,the load bearing characteristics of the corrugated steel webs are examined,and the key design indexes of the precast segmental girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are presented.The effective span lengths of the bridge of this type are 30 to 70 m,the T beam,box beam transformed from I beam and box beam are appropriate options,and the proper depth-to-span ratio and width of a single beam are 1/18 to 1/15 and 4 to 6 m,respectively.Given the existence of difference between the load bearing capacities of top and bottom flanges,the bottom flanges of the bridge with corrugated steel webs are commonly prestressed concrete structures,and the minimum thicknesses of the top and bottom flanges of the precast segmental girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are 18 cm and 25 cm,respectively.The buried-type connectors are recommended for the top flange and the embedded-type connectors are proposed for the bottom flange.The diaphragms should be spaced at 5-10 m,the minimum thickness of concrete diaphragms between spans should be less than 20 cm,and the depth of the anchor crossbeams should be less than 1.2 m.The precast segmental girder bridge with corrugated steel webs that has a superstructure comprising box beams transformed from I beams and full-span precast segmental girder bridge with corrugated steel webs are proposed,which can be selected in accordance with the specific construction conditions.Furthermore,the design parameters are suggested based on the data of real bridges.
