摘要
自身免疫性疾病和不孕症都是临床上的疑难疾病,笔者认为两病相兼虽病因复杂、表现各异,但病机仍在于“正虚邪实”,正虚为其本,肝肾脾虚为发病的内在基础,风、寒、湿、热、瘀为其标,为致病因素,热毒内蕴、瘀血停滞是病情发展演变的关键因素,使气血阴阳失调致病。中医通过“补不足、泻有余”,调理阴阳平衡来维持机体功能的平衡。通过“扶正驱邪、标本同治,中西相参、整体治疗,补虚为本、调经种子”对自身免疫性疾病合并不孕症患者进行治疗,不仅可以有效地改善疾病本身的症状,还可以帮助患者怀孕,以达标本同治,提高生活质量,具有重要的临床意义。
Autoimmune disease and infertility both are intractable diseases in clinical practice. Although their etiology is complicate and the manifestations are different, the pathogenesises of both diseases is genuine qi deficiency and pathogenic factors excessive. The root cause is deficiency of genuine qi, and deficiency of liver, kidney and spleen are the internal basis of the disease, while wind, cold, dampness, heat and blood stasis are symptoms and pathogenic causes. Heat toxin accumulation and blood stagnation are the key factors in the development and evolution of the disease, which causes the imbalance of qi, blood, yin and yang. Traditional Chinese medicine is to rebuild the balance of yin and yang by ‘reinforcing the deficiency and reducing the excess’ to maintain body normally functions. The treatment principle is to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, treat simultaneously on root and symptoms, combining Chinese medicine with western medicines, treating overall,strengthening deficiencies as the main principal, to regulate menstruation and promote fertility. The treatment for patients with immune disorders and infertility, not only improves the symptoms effectively, but also rebuilts regular menstruation and accelerate conception, which aims to treat simultaneously on root and symptoms. It has great clinical significance in improving patients’ health and life quality.
