摘要
目的:建立检测蒙药绍沙-7丸中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱法,为其质量标准提供依据。方法:色谱柱为Capcell Pak C;(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸(0.1%三乙胺)水溶液-3%乙腈溶液(97∶3),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测器波长271 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果:没食子酸在61.17~917.55 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系(R;=1),该方法精密度(RSD为0.77%)、准确度(平均回收率为105.9%,RSD为1.09%)、稳定性(RSD为0.99%)良好。用以上方法测得2个批次绍沙-7丸中没食子酸平均含量分别为0.1789、0.1599 mg/g。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,可用于蒙药绍沙-7丸中没食子酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the method for the determination of gallic acid in Mongolian medicine Shaosha-7 Pills by HPLC, and provide basis for its quality standard. Methods: The chromatography column was Capcell Pak C;(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm);the mabile phase was 0.1% phosphoricacid (containing 0.1% triethylamine) aqueous solution-3% acetonitrile (97∶3);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detector wavelength was 271 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and injection volume was 10 μL.Results: Gallic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 61.17~917.55 ng (R2=1). This method showed good precision (RSD was 0.77%), accuracy (average recovery was 105.9%, RSD was 1.09%) and stability (RSD was 0.99%). The content of gallic acid in two different production batches of Shaosha-7 Pills was 0.1789 and 0.1599 mg/g. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and stable, which can be used for the determinition of gallic acid in Mongolian medicine Shaosha-7 Pills.
