摘要
以耒阳市城区排水防涝建设项目顶管工程的现场实况为基础,结合目前顶管施工行业的现状,系统性地梳理施工现场管理过程中常见的突出问题,通过归纳总结后将其划分为两个方面——内部管控难点和外部影响因素。同时就管控过程中解决问题的实践经验加以针对性思考,提出具有建设性的管理优化办法。
Based on the field conditions of pipe jacking project of urban drainage and waterlogging protection project in Leiyang City,combined with the current situation of pipe jacking construction industry,this paper systematically combines the common outstanding problems in the process of construction site management.After summarizing,the problems are divided into internal control difficulties and external influencing factors.At the same time,this paper gives specific consideration to the practical experience of solving problems in the process of management and control,and puts forward constructive management optimization methods.
